What Happens Next

2. Authorization Check – If your exam requires prior authorization, our staff will begin the process with your insurance.
   • Depending on your plan, this may take 1–10 days for approval.
3. Scheduling Contact – Once verification and any required authorizations are complete:
   • For most exams, you will receive a text message with a link to self-schedule.
   • For exams that require additional safety screening, a staff member will call you directly to schedule.
